Zac Rhodenizer Registered Psychologist
I have been a therapist in Lethbridge for 15 years. I’ve seen people make remarkable changes to their lives which is encouraging and inspiring. My practice draws on a psychodynamic approach, which is to say, that most people’s troubles lie below their consciousness and it requires listening and reflecting therapeutically to bring it to the surface so it can be dealt with appropriately. I believe that myth, culture, and religion can bring a lot of symbolic significance to the human condition and can help illuminate what is going on internally. I have training in psychoanalysis, emotionally focussed therapy for couples, family coordination, indigenous counselling, sex addiction, compulsive eating disorder, body focused repetitive behaviours, and Jungian dream work.
I have experience working with a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and religions but often latin-american people, First Nations people and people of the LDS faith seek me out because of my experience.
I love learning and facilitating learning in other people so I offer supervision and consultation for other therapists or helping professionals. I also do presentations for workshops, church groups, and other organizations. I have even had the opportunity to provide psychoeducational sessions for small groups and families who want to learn more about human behaviour.
I offer therapy in Spanish, so Spanish speaking people from across the province can benefit through online sessions as well. My French is probably sufficient to offer services as well if needed.
I also have a Bachelor Certificate in Human Resources and Labour Relations which gives me a unique set of skills and education to help organizations handle personnel issues.
I authored a book called Amazing Disgrace: Recovery After Public Shame which is meant for people who have gone through some kind of public shaming or “cancellation”. You can find the book Amazing Disgrace.

Sabrina Reed Registered Psychologist
Happily Accepting New Clients!
Life presents us with many challenges and while we cannot always avoid them, we do not
have to face them alone. Just as any new challenge can feel uncertain at times,
understanding what to expect can make a big difference. My name is Sabrina Reed.
I am a Registered Psychologist through the College of Alberta Psychologists and a CanadianCertified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I have been practicing in Private Practice in Grande Prairie since 2022. Before moving to Grande Prairie, I worked at both Redhouse Psychological Solutions and at a Women’s Shelter in Lethbridge, Alberta.
I take a holistic approach to counselling and psychotherapy, focusing on understanding you as a whole person – not just your struggles – before offering guidance or interventions. I draw my interventions primarily from client-centred therapy and cognitive behavioral
therapy. This allows me to meet you where you are at and to support you in working toward
your personal goals. At times, I may gently challenge or push you, but it will always be from
a place of compassion and without judgment.
Reaching out for help can be incredibly difficult. It takes courage to admit when you are
struggling, to let go of coping strategies that no longer serve you and to place your trust in
someone new. If you are considering making a change, I invite you to reach out. I would be
honoured to support you on your journey.
